In addition, the hotel may honor the conference rate for 2 nights prior to (3/22/2020 and 3/23/2020) and 2 nights following the conference (3/27/2020 and 3/28/2020), based on availability, for those who would like to come early or stay after the conference. If you include the pre- or post-conference dates in your online reservation and it says the dates are sold out, it means that that rate is no longer available before or after the conference dates. Please try making a separate reservation during the conference dates. The hotel rates will apply until 2/24/2020. After that date, the regular hotel rates will apply based on availability. Getting to Nashville
By Car
Nashville, located within a day’s drive to over half of the U.S. population, is in the center of Tennessee at the crossroads of Interstates 24, 40 and 65.
If coming from the North on I-24 East or I-65 South, the two Interstates merge for a brief time just north of the city. When they split off, use the 2 right lanes to take the I-65 South fork to Exit 85, Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Turn right on Rosa L. Parks Blvd. and then the first left at Dominican Drive. The Maxwell House will be on your right.
If coming from the South on I-24 West, use the left 2 lanes to take Exit 46B to merge onto I-65 S toward I-40 W/Huntsville/Memphis. Take Exit 85, Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Turn right on Rosa L. Parks Blvd. and then the first left at Dominican Drive. The Maxwell House will be on your right.
If coming from the South on I-65 North, take Exit 85, Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Turn left on Rosa L. Parks Blvd. and then the second left at Dominican Drive. The Maxwell House will be on your right.
If coming from the East on I-40 West, take Exit 211 to I-24 West. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 46B to merge onto I-65 S toward I-40 W/Huntsville/Memphis. Take Exit 85, Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Turn right on Rosa L. Parks Blvd. and then the first left at Dominican Drive. The Maxwell House will be on your right.
